Meet Our Founder - Susan Greco
Susan Greco, CEO of Total Senior Solutions, is a recognized leader in senior real estate transitions. With 29+ years of real estate experience, she holds the prestigious SRES® (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and CSHP® (Certified Senior Housing Professional) designations — making her one of fewer than 200 CSHPs in the entire country.
As a Maryland Associate Broker, she also carries GRI and other high-level credentials that reflect her dedication to education, ethics, and service excellence.
